Knowledge and Skills:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any field.
  • Candidate with at least 10 years of experience in aviation/ AF / Hospitality Industry.
  • Experience in Rostering and General Administration is a must.

Job Description

  • Administrative head of Flight operations department. Formulation of processes and policies of department for its smooth and effective functioning.
  • Planning the long term Flying crew requirement.
  • Management of day to day rostering through the rostering department and also for long term rostering of Pilots.
  • Ensuring FDTL compliances
  • Coordinate the rostering of Flight and Simulator Training, Ground refreshers of pilots.
  • Carry out recruitment and exit formalities in respect of foreign pilots.
