Job Description |
- Administrative head of Flight operations department. Formulation of processes and policies of department for its smooth and effective functioning.
- Planning the long term Flying crew requirement.
- Management of day to day rostering through the rostering department and also for long term rostering of Pilots.

Ensuring FDTL compliances
- Coordinate the rostering of Flight and Simulator Training, Ground refreshers of pilots.
- Carry out recruitment and exit formalities in respect of foreign pilots.
- Facilitate medical examination process for pilots.
