Responsibilities

. Should be capable of assisting in all HR functions.
. Assist in resourcing & maintaining database
. Handling Statutory Compliance's under various labour laws
. Liasoning with govt. officials / Labor Inspector, etc.),
. Assist in employee welfare initiatives.
. Assist in any HR correspondences.
. Supporting the superiors in any other functions related to HR.
