Experience/ Qualifications |
- Candidate should have good knowledge local language.
- Candidate should have good PR with all agencies we interact.
- Graduate or equivalent, with 2 – 3 yrs experience in the Purchase / Procurement Department.
- Aviation or Hospitality Industry Experience will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities |
- Printing of stationary.
- Sourcing of vendors for upkeep of HO.
- Negotiating rates.
- Processing of bills
- Hiring of drivers.
- Maintenance of vehicles(service / accident repairs / insurance)
- Office interiors.
- Organizing seating for new joinees.
- Sourcing vendors for office equipments.(filing cabinets)
- Issuing meal coupons for guests.
- Inventory of cutlery / crockery.
- Daily inventory of coffee, tea, drinking water.
- Processing of bills.
- Daily monitoring of house keeping.
- Inventory of cleaning equipment.
- Weekly deep cleaning of office.
- Management of office peons.
- Issuing of SOL /SOD tkts.
- All non GO AIR travel.
- Approvals for Forex.
- Booking of hotels.
- Guest house bookings.
