Experience/ Qualifications |

- Completed a secretarial course with adequate Computer Skills.
- 2-5 years of appropriate experience handling the secretarial work for a senior Level person preferably from the service industry.

Job Responsibilities |
- Maintain an itinerary for the reporting Manager w.r.t list of appointments/ meetings scheduled on a daily basis.
- Responsible for providing telephonic assistance to the reporting Manager by efficiently screening all calls.
- Coordinating for meetings, scheduling meetings and follow-up with concerned people.
- Data Analysis and pre-meeting brief to Business Head.
- Responsible for planning the travel arrangements for the reporting Manager. Check all travel arrangements proactively before the date of travel.
