Web Check-in

Now check-in at the comfort of your home or while on the move.

 

Steps to follow:

  • Visit the official website goair.in
  • On the website, web check-in can be accessed through various options like the ‘Web Check-in ’ tab or quick link from the footer which will directly land you on the Web Check-in page or choose 'Web Check-in' from under 'Plan my Trip'.
  • Fill in the details, PNR/Booking Reference Number and Last Name
  • After filling in the requisite details, click on ‘Begin Check-in’.
  • Select your preferred seat, depending on its availability.
  • Choose from various ancillary services offered like Smart Cafe, GoXtras, Travel Protect, Priority check-in or baggage.
  • Post check-in print, download or email your eBoarding pass.

Note: Passengers with International connections have to collect manual boarding pass from airport counters in exchange for the e-Boarding Pass after verification of their documents. 

Things to Remember:

  • Web check-in is available from 72 hours to 01 hour prior to departure for domestic sectors and 72 hours to 02 hours prior to departure for international sectors.
  • For a seamless experience, it is suggested that passengers with baggage should report at the counters at least 90 minutes prior to the departure inorder to avoid last moment inconvenience.
  • Check-in counters at the airport closes 45 minutes prior to departure of domestic flights and 60 minutes prior to departure of international flights.
  • As per Bureau of Civil Aviation regulations, all passengers have to get their photo identification hecked and boarding pass stamped at the Check-in counter before proceeding for security check.
  • With the help of online check-in, passengers can make a preferred seat selection, and update their contact detailes and also buy ancillaries like Online Upgrade, Meals, Excess baggage etc.
  • Passengers who have checked-in online and need to modify or cancel their booking, can do so up to 2 hours prior to departure of their flight by calling us on 18602 100 999 / 91 22 6273 2111 or by visiting our Airport Ticketing Office. Once Checked-in, passengers will not be able to make any changes to their bookings on the website.

Who can Web Check-in?

  • This facility is available for passenger with confirmed Goair booking and who fulfills the check-in window criteria.
  • All passengers booked on the site, app, at our airport counters or through any travel agent.
  • It is recommended that passengers with baggage should report at the counters at least 90 minutes prior to the departure time inorder to avoid last moment inconvenience.
